  1. 85% immediate parts availability and 97% within 5-days
  2. 95% of all repairs to be completed right first time
  3. Response time for emergency calls - within 6 hours
  4. We will monitor Guest Satisfaction by way of periodic surveys

This quality policy is available to all associates. Guests can have a copy upon request. All Abdul Latif Jameel Machinery associates are expected to comply with this policy
